The Catherine Smith Foundation Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation (exclusively for charitable and educational purposes) that seeks to better our community at large in a holistic manner. We plan to offer services inclusive of but not limited to; quality affordable childcare, educational services for all ages, recreational activities for youth, career services, business development, recidivism services, assistance for the homeless and families in need.Housing DevelopmentThe Board of the Catherine Smith Foundation resolves that the purpose/mission of the organization to include the development of low-income and affordable housing in distressed areas. This will include the purchase, rehab and development of housing units such as single and multi-family dwellings including mixed use properties. (Amended July 2015)
