Gesneriad Society
Founded in 1951, The Gesneriad Society stimulates widespread interest in genseriads by encouraging research and study, propagation and hybridizing and the exchange of information among individuals interested in these plants. The Society publishes reliable information about the identification, correct nomenclature, culture and propagation of gesneriads in it quaterly journal, Gesneriads. The Society also serves as the International Registrar of all gesneriad hybrids, except Saintpaulia.
