ICAP has reached all of our goals and objectives through evaluations of our pre postsurveys by the Evaluation Specialist at SDSU RECENT EVENTS About Us Our Program Inner City Athletic Program is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in 2008 that serves atrisk and underserved boys girls ages 7 14 who live in lowincome communities.
