"Taking Care of the Place That Takes Care of Us” – Officially organized in 2008, the Prairie Community Hospital Foundation in Terry, Montana received its IRS 501(c)(3) Non-Profit status in January, 2009. The Foundation is a public benefit corporation that funds renovations and the purchase of new medical equipment for the Prairie Community Hospital and the Prairie County Clinic. These items assist our hospital and clinic with the opportunity to ensure the highest level of quality patient care, and guarantees that the local community will continue to benefit from these services for generations to come.Located in rural Eastern Montana, Prairie Community Hospital is a 22-bed, Critical Access Hospital, with the Prairie County Clinic being designated as a Rural Health Clinic. These healthcare facilities serve the 1,200 person population of Prairie County, and are crucial to the community's ability to grow and thrive.
