The Program, It's About Change The Program It039s About Change Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world indeed its the only thing that ever has. OUR SERVICES AND PROGRAMS Family Reunification Housing Assistance Fatherhood Reentry Program Mentoring Workforce Development After serving 10 years I came back to Harrisburg to begin rebuilding my life. I have been working with the housing assistance program for about a year and a half. The staff at The Program is encouraging and working with them is a one of a kind experience.
