OUR SERVICES AND PROGRAMS Family Reunification Housing Assistance Fatherhood Reentry Program Mentoring Workforce Development After serving 10 years I came back to Harrisburg to begin rebuilding my life. I have been working with the housing assistance program for about a year and a half. The staff at The Program is encouraging and working with them is a one of a kind experience.
