🚨Member Spotlight: Tom Henderson🚨 Meet Tom Henderson — a dedicated member of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department West Valley Search and Rescue Team with 24 years of selfless service. After a career in manufacturing — from accounting to leading lean operations — Tom retired in 2020, but his commitment to saving lives and giving back has never slowed. He joined SAR in 2002, inspired by the events of 9/11 and a desire to contribute meaningfully to his community.
