The mission of the Francestown Improvement and Historical Society is to improve the recreational facilities, to add to the improvement and welfare and to provide for seasonal beautification of the Town of Francestown, New Hampshire. The Francestown Improvement and Historical Society is also dedicated to the preservation of its historical collection, to the collecting and preserving of materials and artifacts of historical value, and to providing the public with access to its historical collection in order to explore and educate the public to Francestown’s rich and diverse history.
