Professional development association for CPAs in Missouri The purposes of the corporation shall be to undertake to aid, promote, develop, and advance education and research relating to the study, teaching and practice of accountancy and allied fields: to make donations, gifts, contributions, and loans out of the annual net income or assets of the corporation to or for the use of all organizations, foundations, institutions, projects, or individuals in the State of Missouri for educational purposes relating to the field of accountancy.
