Enhancing and enriching the educational opportunities of the Swallow School District students. WHAT WE DO Community Building SEF strives to foster a strong sense of belonging within the greater Swallow community. We seek to strengthen and develop relationships between our Parents Students School and Community. Financial Support SEFs purpose is to generate financial support and resources that enhance and enrich the educational opportunities of Swallow School District students.
