Thank you to everyone who came to the opening of our newest exhibition: Across the Atlantic: Sloopers and the First Organized Emigration from Norway to America. We had a fantastic night with Norwegian food and desserts, including the very famous Norwegian Kransekake (wreath cake). A special thank you to Susan E. Satkowski, Honorary Consul for Norway in Pennsylvania, Synnøve Rizo-Patron from the Royal Norwegian Consulate General in New York and IK Start who all attended the event and gave fantastic remarks.
