Through powerful teen-led podcast conversations, real storytelling, and peer-led support, our teens have stepped up—not just as participants in a mental wellness program, but as leaders, changemakers, and champions of emotional strength. Our People’s Choice Awards & VIBE CHECKUP Ceremony shines a spotlight on the heart and soul of this movement—honoring the students who have courageously shown up for themselves and their peers. ur Teens Have Shown Up All Year—Now It’s Time to Celebrate Them (And We Need Your Help!) Dear VIBE CHECKUP Family, Over the past year, I’ve had the honor of working alongside some of the most resilient, thoughtful, and courageous young people I’ve ever met. Through our VIBE CHECKUP: The Power of Checking In program, these incredible teens have not only learned how to take care of their mental and physical well-being—they’ve stepped into leadership, becoming peer mentors, podcast hosts, and powerful voices for mental wellness in their schools and communities. As one student put it: “I didn’t know other teens felt this way. I finally have a community that I can talk to and have meaningful conversations and connections in a positive and relatable way, often without even realizing I’m having important conversations about my own mental health.” This is what VIBE CHECKUP is about—creating safe/brave, spaces for our youth to be heard, seen, and supported. And now…It's time to celebrate them (See attached).
