THE MISSION OF THE CENTER FOR LEGAL INCLUSIVENESS (CLI) IS TO ADVANCE DIVERSITY IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION BY ACTIVELY EDUCATING AND SUPPORTING PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTOR LEGAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAMPAIGNS TO CREATE CULTURES OF INCLUSION.

Colorado Campaign for Inclusive Excellence
Today's Speaker Spotlight, is our amazing GC panelists who will be at our in-person lunch session on September 11th at 1:45 PM. The General Counsel Panel will explore how the legal profession can promote wellness in this challenging profession, particularly for BIPOC, women and other equity-seeking communities after the last few challenging years of a pandemic and an ever-changing professional landscape. The panel will be moderated by Joel Sayres who is a partner at Faegre Drinker.

Join us in learning how young lawyers can specifically benefit from working environments where creating safe spaces for development and interpersonal risk-taking is a priority to help improve the legal culture. Our YLD panelist will discuss how to create working spaces that are safe, welcoming, and extremely comfortable, in order to encourage attorneys to be curious and creative at work.
