VLOG gives new life to classic musicals and operettas, embracing diversity and creativity while providing VLOG members opportunities to hone their craft and making theater accessible to the NYC community since 1935! The purposes of the Corporation are: (a) to encourage and foster participation in and appreciation of the musical and dramatic arts by means of public performances of concerts, operas, operettas, musical comedies, plays, and other musical or dramatic works; (b) to provide its Members with opportunities to acquire, improve, and demonstrate musical and dramatic performing skills; and, (c) to make such performances available to the community, including the elderly, handicapped, and economically disadvantaged. As a 501(c)3 organization, VLOG accepts tax-deductible charitable contributions and grants to cover its general operating expenses and in support of special projects.

THE VLOG MISSION VLOG exists to foster appreciation of the musical arts reimagining classic operettas and Golden Age musicals with modern themes and equitable representation that reflects the diversity of NYC today and reviving lesserknown works to elevate underrepresented artists within this generationspanning genre. Through semistaged concerts and cabarets to fullscale operettas and musicals we provide opportunities for members to hone performing producing and creative skills while making highquality amateur theatre accessible to the community including the elderly handicapped and economically disadvantaged.
