Mission Balance is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities IDD by providing communitybased programs that promote and respond to each persons goals dreams and needs. Balance strives to empower each individual to determine the direction of their life. Balances communitybased programs also enhance our communitys capacity to understand and embrace individuals with special needs.
