6/2/2025 @ 19:51 | Monroe Twp | 2340 N Susquehanna Trail | Commercial Building Fire Incident #: 2025-0224 | Box Area: 70-1 Central Susquehanna Regional 9-1-1 dispatched the Working Fire Assignment for a reported attached garage fire. Chief 71, along with all Company 70 units responded. Chief 71 arrived to a working garage fire in the rear of the building, with apparent extension to the main structure. Engine 70 arrived and quickly knocked the fire down through the failed garage door. Squad 90 and Rescue 80 performed primary searches of the entire building. Tower 80 laddered the alpha (front) side, Tower 54 laddered the charlie (rear) side. Multiple attack lines were deployed from Engine 70, and crews worked diligently, together, to limit the fire damage to the main building. All units were available by 23:49. Again, a HUGE shout out to the mutual aid companies that assisted! 5/22/2025 @ 10:55 | Monroe Twp | Walmart | “Reported” Building Fire Incident #: 2025-0210 | Box Area: 70-2 Central Susquehanna Regional 9-1-1 dispatched Company 70, along with Automatic Aid Units, for a reported commercial building fire at Walmart. Chief 72, the Engine w/4, Tanker, Utility (C71 & C74), and Attack responded. While enroute, CSR advised that Walmart staff reported fire in the electrical room and that evacuation was in progress. Upon arrival, C72 & E70 crew began investigating. Squad 90 established a water supply. Tower 80 set up and crew went to the roof. EMS staged. Upon investigating, crews determined there to be no fire, that a refrigeration compressor failed in the electrical room and was dispersing coolant. At that time, the box was held to 70, 80, 90, and EMS. The unit was secured and ventilation began. All units became available at 11:36.
