Our mission is to improve the lives of the millions of cats living on our streets and support the compassionate people caring for them. Toward that goal, we practice and teach Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), the most humane and effective method for managing and reducing feral and stray cat populations.  By working to make TNR fully accepted and available to all communities , we prevent suffering and improve the quality of life for cats and their caretakers everywhere.
