THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO COLLECT, CONSERVE AND EXHIBIT ARTIFACTS, TO COLLECT, DISPLAY, INTERPRET AND PUBLISH MEMORABILIA RELATING TO THE HISTORY OF THE MORONGO BASIN AND TO LOCATE AND PRESERVE HISTORIC SITES WHILE PROMOTING THE STUDY OF LOCAL HISTORY AND SHARING THE RICH HERITAGE OF THE MORONGO BASIN WITH ALL OF THE COMMUNITIES WITHIN IT.
