Be Your Own Hero BrainBased Career Coaching for Young People in Western New York Bridging the gap between education and employment Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and employment for young people in Western New York. By utilizing our services high school students recent high school graduates college students and young professionals will develop the skills they need to find a career that matches with their passions and skill sets. Too often young people are pushed into programs or careers that are a wrong fit for them leading to stress frustration and burnout. Through our brainbased career coaching we help young people discover who they were meant to be whether thats a career that requires college a trade school or just immediately entering the workforce.
