Home The Close Retreat Center is a Christian retreat set aside for contemplation worship study and quiet renewal for individuals as well as groups of thirty people or less. Located three miles deep in the heart of the Daniel Boone National Forest atop a peninsula overlooking the Rockcastle River Gorge The Close is halfway between London and Somerset Kentucky in Pulaski County Inspiration AccommodationsEvents A lodge with an overflow duplex cabin two small cabins and a medium sized cabin are all located on approximately 150 acres called The Close Retreat Center. The retreat is designed and operated to accommodate 128 people so that retreatants can experience God and His creation in a deep and personal way. A glass gable chapel The Chapel Of The Broken Vessel is located on the property for prayer worship or meditation and Weddings.
