Root Change designs the products, technologies, and interactive experiences that help people discover and invest in their own solutions. Root Change is a leader in capacity development, systems change and collective action. Our mission is to bring people together to question assumptions, think deeply, test ideas, and lead the way to a world built on social justice principles. We do this by designing products, technologies, and interactive experiences together with our clients that help them promote social change, strengthen systems, and advance locally driven development. Our work spans sectors and continents. From convening social labs in Malawi to reducing political polarization in the United States, we adapt our work to meet the needs of our diverse local partners and clients.
