Up and Running Again is an agent for changing lives. We seek to bring hope to the hopeless and strength to the weak through the relationships, achievements, and discipline of a group running program. We believe that the most powerful force on earth is the ability for broken lives to be mended through exposure to love and truth. We are able to demonstrate that love and bring that truth to those in need because it has come to us through Jesus Christ.
