Dos Pueblos is a non-profit organization that fosters a mutual relationship between the cities of Ne Dos Pueblos, the New York-Tipitapa Sister City Project, is a non-profit organization that works collaboratively with the people of Nicaragua to improve community development through projects of education, nutrition, health promotion, cross-cultural and educational exchanges, environmental health, and human rights. By cultivating relationships between our communities, we seek to move toward globalization based on respect, understanding, and diversity of perspectives.

Over time a dynamic partnership has developed promoting better living standards through sustainable development projects that prioritize social justice and mutual respect. Our most recent efforts have used local skills and resources to build libraries.
