Rookie of the Year! This is Case Manager Shannon! She carries a mixed case load of Francis Court's parents and youth. One of her strengths is Woo which explains her friendly smile. In the last 6 months she has assisted 2 homeless families in eliminating barriers to housing and transitioning into permanent housing! Goooo Shannon! The process of rebuilding lives is not a quick one, but our case managers are in it for the long haul. #RebuildingLives #GodProvides (fb)
