GEORGIA INTERSCHOLASTIC SWIMMING DIVING OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION INC The Georgia Interscholastic Swimming Diving Officials Association Inc GISOA is a 501c3 nonprofit professional organization of swimming and diving officials serving the metro Atlanta region of Georgia. GISOA provides officials for middle school high school and college meets in the area. GISOA is an approved officials group of the Georgia High School Association GHSA. GISOA members are independent contractors not employees of GHSA or GISOA.
