Pillar Services Advocacy A fundamental activity of the AACCofSJ is to advocate for legislation policy and programs that support the sustainable growth of minorityowned businesses in San Joaquin County. Accessing Capital The AACCofSJ works with financial institutions to create avenues by which minorityowned businesses can gain greater access to credit capital and other financial instruments.
