OUR PURPOSE PowerPAC Foundation is a nonprofit organization organized to champion democracy and social justice in states and communities across the country. PowerPAC Foundations mission is to promote civic engagement and voter participation in minority lowincome and other historically underrepresented communities. OUR TEAM ANDREW WONG Andrew Wong has a long history of community activism including teaching ESL classes in San Francisco Chinatown running get out the vote activities throughout California policy advocacy in civil rights and education serving as a campaign consultant to LGBT and of color candidates running state strategies for raising the participation of voters of color leading an 18 state Presidential election initiative to increase voter of color turnout and training a new generation of communitypolitical activists.
