The Club 420 class is the biggest doublehanded class in North America. The mission of the class is to provide quality racing and education to it's members. The Club 420 Association was established in 1980 to promote, foster, encourage and sponsor one-design sailing for youth sailors THE PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP CLUB 420 CLASS RACING UNDER STRICT ONE-DESIGN RULES AND TO PROVIDE A MEDIUM OF EXCHANGE OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT CLUB 420'S SAILORS AND TO ENHANCE THE ENJOYMENT OF THESE SAILBOATS.
