TO PROVIDE CARE TO NEGLECTED CHILDREN THROUGH 24-HOUR CARE OF COURT-PLACED JUVENILES, FOSTER HOMES AND SPECIALIZED FOSTER CARE, ADOPTION AND PREGNACY AND OTHER COUNSELING SERVICES.
