Project HOPE Food Bank’s mission is to provide healthy affordable food to food pantries and feeding programs that serve those at-risk of hunger. Project HOPE i Project HOPE Food Bank distributes food to 55 agencies in central Arkansas, that serve those at risk of hunger. Project HOPE Food Bank's mission is to assist food-insecure seniors, children, and families by enhancing access to nutritious food. This is accomplished through strategic initiatives such as purchasing food wholesale and leveraging grants and donations to subsidize food prices. These efforts support a network of non-profit organizations including food pantries, feeding programs, homeless shelters, school backpack initiatives, children’s homes, and crisis centers. By lowering the financial obstacles for nonprofits, more food can be distributed to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable individuals and families.
