Community supported live and local theater in Homer, Alaska since 1973. PIER ONE THEATRE IS AN INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO CREATE, PROMOTE, AND SHARE THE PERFORMING ARTS FOR AND WITH LOWER KENAI PENINSULA COMMUNITIES AND BEYOND. THIS INCLUDES, AMONG OTHER THINGS, PRESENTING COMMUNITY PRODUCTIONS, EDUCATING YOUTH, SHOWCASING NEW WORKS, PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND MENTORSHIP, COLLABORATING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS AND MAINTANINING THE FISCAL MEANS TO DO SO.
