It’s going to be lit. Join us Wednesday, August 6 for our program on Using Controlled Burns for Habitat Restoration 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sanctuary Bob Kremens is a research professor at RIT who has been studying wildland fires for the last 25 years. He will talk about the importance of fire in natural landscapes, the history of fire ecology, and the beneficial uses of fire (prescribed fires) in land management.
