OHIO VALLEY SPCA
We focus on assisting in the spaying and neutering of animals. As much as we would love to help with vet bills, we are only a small nonprofit rescue and we do not have the funds for that at this time. Our mission is to emphasize the kinship of all life and rights of all animal species. Maintain an educational outreach program which shall include, but not be limited to, newsletters, radio, television, and school programs; and to develop in adults and children an understanding of the responsibility people hold toward animals.
