Our Mission stands on 3 pillars: Education, Environment and Enjoyment Education: Our 91 acre park and 1856 one room Old Roberts Schoolhouse are used for educating students what is not taught on classroom screens and for teaching community members and homeowners about the fragile nature that surrounds us. Environment: Actively advocating preservation of our natural surroundings including native plant and animals. Furthermore, we strive to protect the area's cultural and historical heritage. Enjoyment: Maintain a peaceful area for community members for recreation and exercise within the natural beauty of the pristine McKaig Nature Center's forest.
