Incorporated 1980 as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit company. Our theatrical troupe of dancers and actors, perform with giant puppets for children and families. For over 35 years, the highly acclaimed Hudson Vagabond Puppets has toured the United States presenting fully-staged theatrical productions featuring large puppets, actors and dancers! Our mission is to create live children's theater that;- is accessible to all people,- will enhance the quality of life for children, families and whole communities,- will stimulate young people's interest in the Arts; literature, visual, music, dance and theater,- will cultivate creative thought and expression - necessary skills in life that underlie communication and problem solving,- will support and enhance several areas of core curriculum, providing a more balanced education for children,- that children and adults can enjoy together.
