Glass Hearts comes alongside and guides young father's ages 16-24 in successfully building all aspects of their lives - physical, emotional, spiritual and educational. The components of our program draw on positive relationships to build key personal strength and skill-sets in the your fathers. All of this results in young dads having careers and the ability to take care of these same needs within their children.
