It is the mission of Earle W. Webb Jr. Memorial Inc. to select, acquire, organize and preserve books and other materials of contemporary interest and permanent value for the education, enjoyment, and intellectual stimulation of the community at large. In addition, in keeping with the original dual purpose established by the Webb family, the library also strives to be a gathering place for intellectual, social, functional meetings and organizations.
