Valley Bengali Community (VBC), a community driven organization fostering small-town ambience for the close-knit Bengalis in San Fernando Valley, Conejo Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and San Gabriel Valley. Valley Bengali Community (VBC), established in 1987, is a socio-cultural organization promoting Bengali and Indian culture in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles area. It is run y volunteers and with the money raised by contributions from members and volunteers. The organization is 100% non profit and serves the community in the area.
