INCREASE UNDERSTANDING, AWARENESS AND SUPPORT FOR ROLE OF PENNSYLVANIA'S CONSERVATION OFFICERS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES THROUGH PUBLIC OUTREACH PORGRAMS AND BY PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL AND FRATERNALISM WITHIN ORGANIZATION.
