In 1994, COPA was formed by Wildlife and Waterways Conservation Officer’s. COPA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, tax-deductible organization with the IRS. INCREASE UNDERSTANDING, AWARENESS AND SUPPORT FOR ROLE OF PENNSYLVANIA'S CONSERVATION OFFICERS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES THROUGH PUBLIC OUTREACH PORGRAMS AND BY PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL AND FRATERNALISM WITHIN ORGANIZATION.
