The mission of the Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee (SCBHC) is to build cultural competency to the broader community by promoting and fostering rich, diverse, and cultural perspectives of people of African descent through media, visual arts, and performance that romotes racial harmony and embraces cultural diversity and inclusion.
