Raise funds through charitable solicitation to provide opportunities for people, families and friends to fellowship together in various settings and provide scholarships to all Virginia Tri-Cities individuals who are twenty-five or less and are high school seniors with higher education desires or currently attending college, university, technical or trade institutions, thus enhancing everyone's learning and educational opportunities.
