SDPHC Welcome to Our Phlock. The San Diego Parrot Head Club SDPHC is a 501 c4 Civic Organization founded in 1995 by two Jimmy Buffett music fans who wanted to make a difference in our community. We are the 3rd largest Parrot Head Club in Parrot Heads in Paradise PHiP a network of over 200 Parrot Head clubs. We are dedicated to preserving and improving the environment and are active in many communityorientated projects.
