Tracy City Center Association (TCCA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote, advocate, and enhance the vitality of Downtown Tracy. The Tracy City Center Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Community Benefit District formed with the primary purpose of bringing about the revitalization of the downtown city center core through the investment of public and private capital. TRACY CITY CENTER ASSOCIATION (TCCA) PLEDGES TO ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF ITS DISTRICT STAKEHOLDERS AND THE TRACY COMMUNITY AT LARGE IN THE AREA OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PUBLIC SAFETY AND BEAUTIFICATION WHILE FOSTERING A VIBRANT, THRIVING DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.
