Thousand Islands Emergency Rescue Service is the 911 ambulance service provider for the Towns of Clayton and Orleans in Jefferson County New York. Our response district is 175 square miles of mostly rural terrain and encompasses a large portion of the St. Lawrence River along the USCanadian border.
