Niska Memorial Cemetery Welcome The Niska Memorial Cemetery is located in scenic Squaw Lake Minnesota along Minnesota State Highway 46 in Itasca County. In this cemetery a variety of headstones mark the final resting place of Peter and Eva Niska several generations of their descendants and close family friends. Every third weekend in July members of the family get together in Squaw Lake for Cuzins Weekend. On Saturday morning the family gathers at the cemetery to remember all those who are no longer with us and to memorialize any family members who have died in the past year.
