THESE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MANAGEMENT OF SERVICE PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE SECURITY, SANITATION AND MITIGATE COMMUNITY DETERIORATION OF THE AREA KNOWN AS THE FORT STREET MALL.
