Camp Richard Camp Richard on Nantucket is a private 100 acre camp open only to nationally chartered Cub Scout Packs Scout Troops Ships and Venture Crews that are traveling as part of their annual program. Family camping on the Island of Nantucket or any other type of camping is strictly forbidden. Camp Richard is owned and maintained by Camp Richard Campers Association INC. Although we are not affiliated with Scouting America we provide campsites for the exclusive use of units chartered by Scouting America to camp and enjoy Nantuckets miles of bike paths beaches and natural beauty.
