THE ORGANIZATION'S STATED PURPOSE IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VINTAGE CAROUSEL IN BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK, AND TO KEEP SAME IN GOOD RUNNING ORDER FOR PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS TO ENJOY.
