MILLION ACRE FEET At last full funding to rebuild and expand reservoirs and aqueducts and build water recycling and desalination plants to increase the annual supply of water to Californians by five million acre feet. BILLION For an estimated 50 billion over the next ten years less than this fiscal years state budget surplus this initiative funds construction of water supply infrastructure and water conservation programs to end water scarcity in California forever.
