Qualifying property owners of a home that is need of renovations in order to meet HUD housing quality standards may receive a nointerest loan and have zero payments when the home is rented at HUD market rate to someone with a housing voucher such as RapidRehousing or Regional Housing Authority Section 8 voucher.
