Reece's Rainbow is an advocacy and adoption grant foundation serving foreign-born orphans with Down syndrome and other special needs. We raise funds as adoption grants, and we seek adoptive families for those children. We assist committed families in further fundraising to minimize the out-of-pocket expenses needed to bring them home. Children born with disabilities are abandoned at a very high rate abroad. There is no place in society for these children; no resources for bio families, no education, medical care, or future. Over 2000 children are "orphans no more" as a result of our advocacy and fundraising programs. We seek donors year-round to minimize and/or eliminate the upfront cost of bringing these children out of orphanages and into loving forever families.
